ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Low Price Auto Glass is committed to making lowpriceautoglass.ca accessible and usable for as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies, people with motor or vision differences, people on slow connections, and people on mobile devices.

Standard

Our target standard is WCAG 2.1 Level AA where practical. We use this newer baseline even though the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) currently requires only WCAG 2.0 Level AA for many private-sector businesses. We believe the higher standard delivers a better experience for everyone and reduces the risk of barriers for future visitors.

Measures We Take

• Semantic HTML so screen readers and other assistive tools can understand page structure
• Keyboard-accessible navigation and controlsyou can navigate the entire site using only the Tab, Shift+Tab, and Enter keys
• Visible focus states so keyboard users can always see where they are on the page
• Skip-to-content link at the top of every page
• Colour contrast that meets WCAG AA on body text, headings, and interactive elements
• Alt text on meaningful images; decorative images use empty alt="" so screen readers skip them
• Labels and clear error messages on every form field
• Reduced-motion supportanimations are disabled when your operating system requests prefers-reduced-motion
• Resizable text that remains usable up to 200% zoom
• No autoplaying audio
• Mobile-friendly layouts that work down to 320px wide

Known Limitations

We are aware that some items may need improvement:

• Third-party embedsthe GoHighLevel chat widget, Google Maps embed, and reputation review widget are controlled by their respective providers. Their accessibility is generally good but is not under our direct control. If you encounter a barrier with any of these, please tell us and we will work with the provider or offer an alternative path (phone, text, or in-shop service).
• Some legacy photos carried over from our previous website may lack detailed alt text. We are working through these and updating them.
