To ensure a safe, quality installation, mobile service is subject to the following conditions. If conditions aren't met, we'll reschedule or welcome you at our London shop.
We operate in dry, calm conditions. Light cloud cover is fine — adhesives cure properly and glass seats correctly.
Chip repairs can often proceed under light drizzle. Full replacements may need to be rescheduled — moisture prevents proper adhesive bonding.
We cannot perform mobile windshield replacements in heavy rain, snowstorms, or icy conditions. Water contamination compromises the seal and your safety. We'll reschedule at no charge.
Urethane adhesive requires minimum temperatures to cure properly. In extreme cold, we recommend our heated shop for a safe installation.
Your vehicle needs to be parked on a flat, stable surface — driveway, parking lot, or garage floor. We need room to work around the vehicle.
We need clear access around the vehicle — at least 3 feet on all sides. Covered garages or carports work great in marginal weather.
Strong gusts can blow debris onto fresh adhesive or shift glass during placement. We may need to reschedule or find a sheltered location.
After a full replacement, the vehicle must sit for 1–2 hours before driving. Plan accordingly — we'll let you know the exact safe drive-away time.
