Low Price Auto Glass operates lowpriceautoglass.ca. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how to contact us about your information. We follow Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Information We Collect
We may collect:
- Contact details you submit through forms, chat, calls, or text: name, email address, phone number, and any message you send.

- Marketing preferences if you have opted in to receive service reminders or offers.
We do not collect payment card information on this website. Insurance is billed directly to your insurer; cash, debit, or cards taken in person at the shop are processed by separate point-of-sale equipment not connected to this website.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. We do not collect health, financial (beyond insurance policy numbers), or other regulated sensitive data through this website.
How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to your inquiries by phone, text, email, or chat
- Provide written quotes for auto-glass repair or replacement
- Schedule service appointments and provide mobile service at your location
- Bill your insurance company directly when you authorize us to
- Send service reminders, appointment confirmations, and follow-up messages

Legal Basis and Consent
We process personal information based on:
- Consent you give us when you submit a form, request a quote, or accept cookies

- Legal obligations including Canadian tax recordkeeping and insurance industry rules
You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting [email protected].
Marketing Consent (CASL)
Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) requires us to get your express consent before sending you marketing email or SMS. We get this consent through an explicit, unchecked-by-default opt-in checkbox on our forms. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing message, by replying STOP to a marketing text, or by emailing [email protected]. Unsubscribe requests are processed within 10 business days.
Transactional messages (appointment confirmations, service updates, quote follow-ups) are not marketing under CASL and do not require separate consent, they are part of providing the service you requested.
